Our founding story: advocacy born from experience
Your Rights Advocacy was created from lived experience and a belief that everyone deserves to be heard, treated fairly, and supported to understand their rights. After seeing firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate services, complaints processes, housing, mental health supports, and government systems, I became passionate about helping others advocate for themselves and access the support they deserve.

Who benefits from our support?
We help people turn confusion into a clear plan — providing practical advocacy, support, and guidance through difficult situations. Our services are for those who need assistance navigating complex systems like housing applications, eviction prevention, Centrelink issues, formal complaints, compensation claims, tribunal support, and government applications. We explain that advocacy supports people to make informed decisions and access services, rather than replacing legal, medical, financial, or clinical professionals where those are needed.
"Your Rights Advocacy changed my life. Their support was invaluable in helping me navigate the complex housing system in Perth."
A grateful client, Perth, WA
